GRAHAM GALLERY Watercolours
George Soper

George Soper was an etcher, engraver and watercolourist of figure subjects and landscapes. Born in London, he lived in Hertfordshire for some years and exhibited at the leading London galleries from 1890 including the Royal Academy, the Royal Society of Btitsh Artists and the Royal Society of Painter-Etchers and Engravers. His daughter, Eileen Alice Soper, was also a distinguished artist.

This watercolour is delightfully soft and sympathetic to the landscape and will always give pleasure to its future owner.
